The Special Jury Prize was awarded to the film 'The autopsy of Jane Doe (The Autopsy of Jane Doe)', while the Audience Award was for the Korean 'The Handmaiden'

Swiss Army Man, American film directors of Daniels has been the winner of the 49th edition of the Sitges - International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia. The other big winner with two awards- the Citizen Kane for Best New Director and the Jurat Carnet
