Royal Air Force Aerobatics Team performs in Karachi, Pakistan.

The Red Arrows, officially known as the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, is the aerobatics display team of the Royal Air Force based at RAF Scampton.

KARACHI: United Kingdom’s renowned aerobatic team Red Arrows arrived in the country on Tuesday, said a statement released by the Pakistan Air Force.

The aerobatic team, led by Squadron Leader David of the Royal Air Force (RAF), performed aerobatics over the skies of the metropolis and attracted a large number of spectators, added the statement.

The Red Arrows departed from UK’s Lincolnshire on September 29 and would be making eleven stops, while covering almost eight thousand miles to reach their final destination at Zhuhai, China.

The team took off from Lincolnshire in the UK on September 29 and plans to make 11 stopovers over its journey. Red Arrows is on a quest to cover almost 8,000 miles to reach their final destination of Zhuhai, China. It would then participate in Zhuhai International Air Show from November 1-6, 2016.
